Dato’ Captain Razali Yaacob graduated with a Master's Degree in Maritime, Education & Training (Nautical) from the World Maritime University at Malmo, Sweden and is a qualified Master Mariner. Dato' Captain Razali has spent about 40 years of his career in the maritime industry. He was a Seafarer with MISC, Senior Lecturer and Head of Department at Akademi Laut Malaysia (ALAM), Marine Supervisor with Esso Production (M) Incorporated, R & D Director and Managing Director of PELORUS; and more notably as Founder and Executive Chairman of NMIT. Dato' Captain Razali has designed and developed many pioneering programmes in the country and has served as consultant for many national and international projects in Asia and the Middle East.
